Coffee for Good 2023

1st Prize, $60,000:

Coffee for Good

Grant Champion: Bibi Clarke

The Pitch: Coffee for Good is unique in that they are the only dedicated training platform in Fairfield County that provides paid training to young adults with developmental disabilities. The PYP grant will fund a project, Careers for Good – Job Developer, that will leverage Coffee for Good’s accomplishments to date and focus on the transition of its trainees to permanent positions within the community.

Reach Prep 2023

2nd Prize, $30,000:

Grant Champion: Chelsey Altomaro

The Pitch: Reach Prep’s mission is to provide access to transformational educational experiences that empower underserved, high-achieving students to graduate from top colleges and emerge as the next generation of leaders. They do this by preparing students for success at Greenwich local Private Schools. Our PYP Grant will cover costs of Prep Academy programming at Sacred Heart School. This programming is critical for students to ensure they are academically ready to take advantage of being a Reach Prep student.

Open Arts Alliance 2023

3rd Prize: $13,000:

The Pitch: Open Arts Alliance’s mission is to make art, theater, music and dance accessible to students, ages 6-18, and senior citizens who have Alzheimer’s Disease and/or dementia. This PYP Grant will help OAA on its path to expansion and scale in Greenwich, so they can do more, for more people (of all ages).
